In order to run the @run client batch WITHOUT FAIL, i have attempted to test certain OS's that run AGSSPEC.
Windows XP (Service Pack 2/3) - Succesfull on both
Windows Vista (32/64bit) - 32 Bit = Succesfull
Windows 7 (32/64bit) - FAIL..fml
Recomendations:
Windows XP
